Among her other achievements, she lists starting/establishing several law centres and archives, delivering numerous presentations and papers, writing a collection of 50 poems, and she is currently writing a book.
The LIASA Librarian of the Year is a role model for the Library and Information Services community and a person whose contributions make a lasting impact on the sector. Julia Paris certainly embodies this in the contributions she has made in the field of librarianship and in the various communities that she has practiced.
